Working 4 days out of 5, with 3 months off a year (cutting back, but not retired). Work in leadership development, training and coaching, running my own business (since 2006). Prior to hip replacement had a life of different types of sport, including soccer, tennis, squash, karate, running (several half and two marathons), and cycling. Following hip replacement, played a lot of golf and then got Prostate Cancer (now all clear after 5 years). Decided that I wanted to get fit again and after a couple of sprint triathlons, entered a half IronMan and finished Marbella in 2022. Then Tangier 70.3 in 2023 and now training for Croatia 70.3 in October 2024. Hip is completely fine currently.
