I’m curious to know how you are feeling now and if you are able to run at all? I had a hip resurfacing done when three years ago when I was only 40 and am still not able to go for extended runs as I experience too much pain in my hip. Please share with me any ideas that you may have for me because I would love to run again but just am not able to do so without pain.
