Hi, I want to share my recovery run .not only Hip operation. after Bike accident. I wanted to run again.  Hope, others who are recovering from Hip operation will recover and stand ,jog on the road again.

      Hi, Tom .Thank you for your reply. I am still alive. I am still running off road,Muddy places ! My first 5k run 1/Jan was running in puddles. I will try to keep running till I will get in box one day.
