      From the research I’ve reviewed, running actually improves bones density as your using your body. It’s when we stop that things fall apart. I do 95% of my training slow, it allows me to recover quickly and run almost as much as I want. I do miss speed work, but I prefer not being injured. Listen to your body and should be fine.
