      7:11 for over 7 miles is a great time, and even better on little training. I’m sure you’ll be faster next year with consistent training. I must admit a few months ago I was struggling with my pace and had doubts of being able to run as fast as I had, but the last few months I’ve been training hard and it’s coming back. Race season starts again mid July in 90+ degree heat and I feel more confident now. Looking forward to finding another race we can do together, what do you think about a HipRunner Group at Big Sur, April 26th 2020?
