Sorry for the slow reply Sean. It took me around 18 months until I started feeling normal (ish). The key is to listen to your hip and let it dictate when to go and when to back off. You are doing the right thing by giving it rest. I had my hip replaced in January 2012, and In do occasionally have those days where my hip doesn’t want to go. Keep your head up 🙂
