I’ve had similar levels of success at shorter distances AND I’LL ADD I HAD THE POSTERIOR APPROACH. My trusted orthopedic would ONLY USE THE POSTERIOR APPROACH. So different goals can yield similar success. I was running 7-minute miles in 60 days from my THR.
