I had my anterolateral THR on the exact same day you did! I started the process of returning to running around the same time and approached it in a similar way – short intervals. I didn’t have a treadmill, but started on flat roads. How are things going for you now? I just ran my first continuous 5k today (with no walk breaks), so feeling pretty good about that.
