Hello TJ and I walked hills – and walked them progressively faster. Then I started “gently gliding” down the grass next to the sidewalks… hiking the uphills. After about month of that, just started adding flat jogging for a few minutes at a time. By 4 months post-op, I could do 20 miles per week and I’ve just kept adding and now at 3.5 years post op!
