I had a three hour drive the day after both my THRs. I was still on pain killers so not too bad. Matter of fact with my second, I had my wife stop at the polling place because there was a local election that day and I never miss a chance to vote:-) I would think if you fly you would want to take advantage of wheelchairs and early boarding because of the usual long airport walks and narrow airplane issues.
