Good luck with your recovery, hopefully pain free running for you to look forward to soon. I still do a large amount of stretching, strengthening and core work, it works for me. I’m the same as you, having had both hips replaced due to dysplasia, about 2 and a 1/2 years ago now. Take it easy.
