I’m at 8 weeks post op now. Still walk with a little limp, but when I think about it I can try and stop the limp (old habits I suppose)
I’m strengthening the hip muscles well, and it seems to get better every day.
I try and walk every day, around the half hour mark.
I’m seeing the physio tomorrow, so I expect a new set of strengthening exercises and will allow me to try some more vigourous workouts in the gym or even the pool…
As you are 3 weeks post op, I expect you’ll be seeing your physio soon, or youve seen them already?
