Hi OB, thanks for your feedback and sharing your experience. It sounds like you were running up to the day of your surgery. I’m curious, did you literally limp those last few weeks or were there still some good vs. bad days? Again just trying to get a gauge on the breaking point.
This past week I ran 7 miles on Tuesday and then another 7 on Thursday and it was manageable. Slow as hell (10 min miles ) but manageable. I’ve been able to do this for the past 6 to 8 months. CBD is my savior. However I know it can’t last a heck of a lot longer. Were you limping throughout your daily routine after exercising?
