Thanks for the feedback! I definitely don’t want to end up needing knee replacement. I know some people who have, and it’s much more rehab than a THR! If I can run, I would keep it slow, and more than 3 miles a few times a week. But the fact that i had a dislocation is causing me some concern, I definitely don’t want to go through that ever again!
