Hey guys, thanks for the input. I am happy to report that the knee pain has pretty much gone away. And I have increased the number of run/walk intervals as well as the number of days per week I am doing run/walk. The 1 min run/30 second walk interval seems to have worked really well. I am going to try to move to 1.5 min run/30 second walk intervals and see how I react to that. I am still sticking with the cross training small amounts of biking, rowing maching, core work, swimming. I am happy to be able to do some type of running again so I plan to monitor myself closely, in an effort to not do too much. Thanks again! Greg
