That’s a great post Brian and congratulations…..I forgot most of that you are going thru and I am only 4 months post op…..so that tells me you will see improvement every day. Flexibility is the key once you regain the muscle strength. I did 10 x 25 second hill repeats yesterday and as mentioned earlier, lifting my repaired leg / hip is the limiting factor. Keep up the great work and keep us posted on your journey!
