My wife knows how much has been a part of my life for a long time.
It’s not like I’m going to running the mileage that you’re running. I just want to run 15-20 miles per week.
I’ve been running a little on a flat, even, and soft surface at a metro park.
Have you had any issues with your new hip with all of the mileage? Any loosening? Have you had any x-rays?
I’m 66 and I’m sure my hip will outlive me. Ken
