8 months postop, 70 years old and have been running since high school. Cycling and hip exercises going well so bought a new pair of Hoka Arahis and decided it was time to run again. Disastrous results! Muscles I didn’t even know I had started hurting only after about 50 yards. Mainly in the groin area. So, do more hip strengthening and try it again next week.
