5 days in to my anterior THR ceramic on ceramic did a mile on my crutches today no hip pain just a little healing area pain. I cannot believe the difference after the hop am trying not to over do it but the knowledge I will run again in a few months us just overwhelming. Thanks for this site it is just great reading all the news
