Hi I’m 5 months out from an Anterior THR of my right hip and not at all pleased with my progress….. I have terrible buildup of scar tissue around my incision … The area around my incision protrudes more so than my left hip… My hip flexor hurts when I fast walk as well as my adductor muscles…To add to the pain the back of my knee starts to pull and get tight… UGH !!! I am icing , going to PT, having massages but nothing works… I would welcome any and all suggestions and would like to hear if anyone else has experienced these same problems ??
