Hello my father (52) just had a thr (left) posterior 2 days ago. He is having a lot of pain and cannot take dilaudid because it causes he’s blood pressure to drop to 40/30 (almost fainting). The pain is intense when moving for the pt. Is this normal? Did anyone is have this much pain?
