RUN Oak Park

I restarted at 3 months with a very slow walk/run. It was not comfortable at all but I’m a running coach and had a group to lead. Tried to be very conservative with distances, surfaces and rebuilding running fitness. It wasn’t until the second year that I felt comfortable running a little faster. You have nothing to lose by waiting 6 months! You’ll just get stronger. Use the time to do your PT homework—it really pays off!! Good luck!
