Hip Replacement in 2004–revision in 2008. I have been very active but have been frustrated with not running (jogging). I’m not a real runner. I ran last Saturday and Sunday for a short distance 1.5-2 miles. My hip bothered me this week. I think water running might be a better solution. I am also in the process of trying minimalist shoes.
