Bilateral anterior last Wednesday, Sept.13, 2017

Walking without a cane the past two days. Only one night in the hospital. St.Vincents Hospital, Dr.Alec Denes.
May return to running 5k’s – we’ll see how I feel. Still achy, tight muscles, poor sleep. Been avoiding using the oxycodone, but tonight I’ll take two pills because the sleep is getting to be an issue.

  Congrats on the big move Curtis. Yes the pain from the old hip is gone, but there will be some pain during the recovery period and when you initially start running, its going to feel very weird. In time, you’ll start running those 5k’s again. 🙂
