Morning all, I’m 7 days post op. Physio exercises are going well, I hope to get back to running and I have a 100mile ultra I want to complete as a target in a year or two.
I live in The Lakes UK, hope to move to the Cairngorms area within the next 6months with my partner and fab 2yr old Collie Brenin.
