KeymasterHey there mgiesemann. You bring up a good point. This site should offer some instruction on the best stretches. I will work on that. For now, why don’t you try this link. It provides some good information on the proper stretches….

ParticipantI wrote this post a while back. It helped me recover from not being able to run more than a mile or so and 10 weeks later I ran a marathon in sub 3:30. I still try to do at least 2 of these workouts 3 – 4 mornings a week. Best of all they’re FREE!
