What was your training like before surgery? I’m really curious, I’m an ultra runner (56 y/o) that was running 60 to 80 miles a week pre-surgery and before the hip pain slowed me down and eventually halted my running last fall. I’m hoping to begin running safely again around September and get back into cross country skiing in the winter.

Hey Chris I was running between 15-25 mpw for 6 months prior to surgery in December 2020. 5k of 20:30 2 days before surgery.
