ParticipantHi Tom,
Yes it’s hard to believe 10 years for you and 11 for me and we’re both going strong. Thanks for starting this and giving me and many others the motivation to try and the resources to learn and share our experiences. Without this site many would have listened to their doctors and missed out on the best years of their lives. I for one thank you and so grateful and it was a please to meet you twice and run a race with you. I hope that we meet again. My invite for you to stay with us in Florida is always open and maybe we can even find a race. Good luck on your recovery and Happy New Year.

ParticipantHi Tom. Your running is inspirational. Is there any way I can get info on what hip you have. I am not sure my type of hip is Handling what I am doing so I need some examples of what is working. I am hoping you could email more as I am not used to this blog stuff. I have had Hip resurfacing – poisonings – thr – CC zimmer then Poisoning of the Ceramic on ceramic changed to CP poisonings stopped but still issues. Done 5 half marathons on the resufacing but that eventually was bad for the body due to too much cobalt.Cheers Karl
