Married, 3 kids, did lot of sport in my earlier years, had a car accident, and got two surgical nails in my femur head with an anterior approach, did nothing for over 16 years (Doctors recommendations) until I was rubbing bone against bone with a lot of pain, finally got a replacement which has changed my life, I am able to move back again (play with my kids and sit on the floor for more than 2 minutes), after the surgery we adopted a dog which keeps me moving, started walking to recover, and have been pushing it harder day after day, now I am able to jog for 30 minutes at a time, i am still sceptic about the running because of what you read that no one recommends it
