Previous BHR left hip Nov 2014, now with Zimmer ceramic/polythene right hip as a result of BHR operation failing when my femoral head broke off (so now qualified to join you guys). Have been running 5k parkruns since 2011, had to stop at 171 when left hip wore out. Jogging 8 weeks after BHR and continued parkrunning to complete 250 last Xmas day but right hip was shot. Four months of limping with no hope of improvement led to new operation and new hope. Aim to follow previous pattern and be running/cycling/climbing during the summer!
