Female athlete. loves running. Three sons who run with me some times. Have done lots of walking since op. But going back to running lately. So glad to find this blog. Lightly trained for 5 k and ran in 29.10. Hard course. Pr in younger days is 2050. This is my 2nd chance and I'm going for it.
