Took up serious running again 3 1/2 years ago at age of 53. Have finished numerous 5 & 10K's. Finished 2-1/2 marathons in the last year. Preparing for my 3rd in October. Will see an orthopedic specialist in the coming weeks for my hip osteoarthritis. Pain becoming more and more of a nuisance.
