Hi At this time I am looking at trying to avoid a hip replacement. I have been running since I was 14. Last summer the pain in my right leg stopped me from running. I also had a lot of groin pain that was being treated with fascial release. X-rays report came back normal but orthopod said it was some hip dysplasia and osteo. Now I'm doing physio and stretching with strength. Some days are better than others. I am now waiting for my next appt. I also ride horses and have cut back on that activity as well.
