Over 30 marathons since 1976, included Boston, Pikes peak x 5, numerous 70.3 Ironman races, finished 10 full iron man . Last races were swim, bike and walk. Had lay bike down to get on it . Hip got worse left hip replaced 1/3/2022. Fill great quad sore today. Look forward getting on bike trainer. Also got zero runner. Great site, Alaska runner videos and everyone experience posts really help!
