I've been runing since the age of 12, originally focusing on the track (800m/1500m) and cross-country. DIagnosed with bone on bone impingement and osteoathritis in both hips in 2019, although in retrospect they had been getting gradually worse over the last decade. Aim (fully supported by my surgeon) is to get back to competitive running
