Hello,Liam is the name, I had my hip replacement in April 2013 over here in Musgrave Park Hospital in Belfast.I'm 42 years of age and for the previous 6 years I was in agony due to the deterioration of my left hip joint. I ran up to 3 miles every other day up until the pain became too unbearable to anything. Now after a year and a half I've decided to try and get back to where I was in terms of mileage, I never really set the heather on fire in terms of pace but as long as I can get 2/3 mile done then I'd be happy.
