I'm a 55 year old female - marathoner, ultras, love running trails and have done 3 IronMan triathlons and over 50 other triathlons - sweet spot is the Olympic distance. Running became tougher and tougher, so I've decided to take the plunge and get rid of the arthritic hip so that I can get back to my trail running!! This website has been an inspiration for me!!
