20+ mile a week runner prior to hip replacement. Had what's called a hip resurfacing operation on my right hip. I have had very few issues with the hip but have not been able to run more than a mile or two without a deep ache down my right leg which has been enough to make me stop. I'm thinking of giving it another try.
