I started running 10 years ago to supplement my fitness routine. As with many of us, I became "addicted" to the run and it became the focus of my fitness routine! I participated in more 5 and 10ks, than I can count, and fell in love with half and full marathons. The osteo arthritis kicked in to full gear in June of 2015 after completing 3 half and a full marathon. Tried therapies and toughing it out as long as I could! The recovery is going great, and I am walking several miles a day and starting to jog again in a couple weeks - hopefully!
